Location: Helena, MT (hybrid or remote in MT preferred)

Compensation: $21-24/hour DOE + benefits

The Opportunity
We’re hiring a full‑time Production Designer to turn approved creative into pixel‑perfect deliverables across print and digital. If you’re detail‑obsessed, love organizing files, and get a weird amount of joy from fonts, feeling paper, and white space, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Original layout/design work (social sets, flyers, one‑pagers) within established brand systems.
- Prepare and package final files for print and digital (InDesign packages, outlined/linked assets, press‑ready PDFs, preflight, color management).
- Versioning & resizing: adapt approved concepts into multiple sizes/ratios for social, web, email, and ads.
- Asset management: keep libraries tidy (logos, photos, fonts, brand kits) and enforce naming/versioning conventions.
- QA: proof for typos and layout issues
- Collaborate with our Creative Director and marketing strategists to hit deadlines and keep work moving.
What You Bring
- 1-2 years in a production/graphic design role (agency or in‑house).
- Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams).
- Strong grasp of typography, grids, and color; meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepress and digital know‑how: bleeds, trim, spot vs. process, ICC profiles; proper web exports.
- Organized and fast: you manage files, checklists, and handoffs like a pro.
